How to preserve Dianhong black tea
Dian black tea is an alias of Yunnan black tea. It belongs to black tea. It is made by picking one bud, two to three leaves of buds as raw materials, and then withering, rolling, fermenting, and drying.
Dianhong crushed tea is made by withering, kneading, cutting, fermentation, and drying; Gongfu tea is a bar-shaped tea, and black crushed tea is a granular crushed tea. Dianhong crushed tea has a mellow taste, while Gongfu tea has a strong and irritating taste.

Yunnan Dianhong
The brewed Yunnan black tea soup is red and bright. High-grade Yunnan red, where the tea soup and the teacup are in contact, often show a golden circle, and the creamy turbidity will appear immediately after cooling (the tea soup will appear light brown or orange milky turbidity after cooling, which is one of the symbols of high-quality black tea). Among the Dianhong Gongfu teas, the best quality is "Dianhong Premium Ceremony Tea", which is mainly manufactured with one bud and one leaf. The finished tea has strong buds and strong leaves, beautiful and complete sprouts, bright golden leaves, black and oily color, and soup color. The red is thick and transparent, the taste is strong and fresh, the aroma is high and long-lasting, and the bottom of the leaf is even and bright.
The high-quality broken black tea has solid, uniform, and pure shape, oily color, sweet and mellow inner flavor, red soup color, fresh and strong taste, and even and bright leaf bottom.

Keep in a tightly sealed tin can

Tea products are very easy to absorb peculiar smell and get damp. If Dian black tea is damp, not only will the tea quality overflow in large quantities and affect the drinking experience, but it will also become moldy and deteriorate and lose its drinking value. Therefore, when preserving Yunnan black tea, a container with better airtightness should be selected, such as an iron can. Iron cans are available everywhere and are affordable, but iron cans also need to be selected. First, they are clean and odorless, and secondly, they have better sealing properties.
Packed in iron cans can not only prevent the tea taste from odor, and better retain the aroma of Yunnan black tea; it can also put the opened tea products back into the tin can for storage.

Note: For the opened tea, first roll the bag inside the opening twice, clamp the opening with a convenient clip, and then put it into the tin can. Keep tin cans away from the kitchen or bathroom where there is no peculiar smell.

Keep in a clean ceramic jar

When choosing a clean, well-sealed ceramic pot to store Yunnan black tea, you need to pack the tea in a sealed bag first, and then put it in the ceramic pot. Dian black tea is roasted at a high temperature and its aroma has been fully stimulated. After contact with air, it is easily oxidized, and the aroma is lost with the air.

Dian black tea that has been placed in the air for a long time, the aroma will gradually fade, which will affect the taste of drinking. This is why the best drinking period of Yunnan black tea is usually only about three years. It is not like Pu'er tea that can be stored for a long time in time and transform itself.

Note: Do not use ceramic pots that are cracked, or have been filled with other pots that have a strong smell and are not exhausted, to store tea products. The place should be kept away from humidity and peculiar smell.

Store in a sealed bag and refrigerator fresh-keeping layer

The tea can be packed in a waterproof and airtight bag and placed on the fresh-keeping layer of the refrigerator. Take it out when drinking, and seal it back when not drinking it in the fresh-keeping layer of the refrigerator.

Note: When storing Yunnan black tea in the refrigerator, the sealed bag must be sealed, and the sealed bag must not be damaged, otherwise the tea will not only get damp, but also absorb the peculiar smell in the refrigerator.

The reason why the shape of Tuocha has a concave circular socket at the bottom and a gap in the middle like a bowl is to stack, store, prevent mildew during long-distance pack transportation, and reduce the loss and quality during transportation. Tuocha is steamed and then kneaded into a tufted shape. If there is no room for ventilation in the middle, it will be easy to retting, just like the "wowotou" tightly pressed with tea leaves, which is beneficial for the caravan to carry it in the long-distance transportation of the sun and rain.
