Fengqing Dianhong - "gift from nature"
Dianhong is a large-leaf type of tea. It is plump and firm in appearance, with golden hair on the leaf body. It also has a strong aroma and taste, which is refreshing. Dianhong Kung Fu tea is plump and majestic, with tight knots, black and moist color, special golden hair, and bright red soup. It is the top grade of Kung Fu tea.
Fengqing has a mild climate, abundant sunlight, warm days and cool summers, and the local dense forests and fertile soil are conducive to enriching the hydrocarbon phenolic compounds, alkaloids and other components of large-leaf tea.
The Dianhong produced in Fengqing is slightly golden or slightly black in appearance, and the cords look relatively strong. Dianhong from other production areas is dark yellow in color, with relatively slender strands, weak tea aroma, and low foam resistance.

Tea produce process
1. Wither
Withering refers to the process in which fresh leaves lose water after a period of time, making certain hard and brittle stems and leaves become wilted and withered. It is the first process in the primary production of black tea.
2. Kneading
The tea leaves are formed during the rolling process and enhance the color and flavor concentration.
3. Fermentation
The mechanism is that under the action of rolling, the permeability of tissue cell membrane increases, polyphenols are fully contacted with oxidase, and oxidative polymerization occurs under the action of enzymatic catalysis, forming the color, aroma and quality of black tea. The fermentation is moderate, the color of young leaves is red and even, the old leaves are red and green, the grass gas disappears, and it has the aroma of ripe fruit.
4. Dry
High temperature baking is used to quickly evaporate water and achieve the process of maintaining quality and dryness. There are three purposes: use high temperature to quickly inactivate enzyme activity and stop fermentation; evaporate water, reduce volume, fix shape, maintain dryness to prevent mildew; emit most of the low-boiling point grass odor, intensify and retain high-boiling point aromatic substances, and obtain black tea Unique sweet fragrance.
