Tingxi Lanxiang-"Natural Good Tea Born in Yunwu Valley"
Tingxi Lanxiang is produced in Dakeng, Tingxi, Jing County, where there are beautiful mountains and clear waters in all seasons. It is surrounded by clouds and mist for many years. It has ten thousand acres of virgin forest and belongs to the extension of the Huangshan Mountains. When spring comes, the orchids on the mountain compete to open up, and the scent of fragrance spreads throughout the whole area. The tea grown here has the fragrance of orchids.
There is an ancient Chinese poem: "Sooner or later when it is sunny, there will be fog everywhere, and the sky will be full of clouds and rain." Over 2,000 acres of wild organic tea gardens cover it. Natural tea trees often take mountain flowers as friends, clear springs as neighbors, clouds and mists as companions, and valleys as home. The original natural environment gives birth to the excellent natural quality of "Tingxi Lanxiang" and exquisite. The craftsmanship of the tea is one of the best in tea, and it has become the business card of Jing County and has attracted worldwide attention.

Tea produce process
Tingxi Lanxiang Tea is made from fresh leaves with one bud and one leaf or two leaves during the period from Qingming to Guyu every year. It is made by greening, finalizing, shaping, drying and packaging.
1. Spread and make green
The method of making green leaves is to stretch out both hands, palm up, fingers spread apart, gently lift the sun-dried green leaves, shake the palm, and lift the fingers slightly upwards, so that the two sides of the green leaf cluster and between the fingers will slide down, and the leaves will be scattered by vibration. , The edge of the leaf is rubbed. Or hold the edge of the sieve tightly, and gently shake back and forth to make the leaves collide with each other in the sieve.
2. Finish
The pot temperature is similar to that of green tea, but the operation method is similar to that of yellow tea. The finalization process requires "more boredom and less development, and a combination of boredom and boredom." The temperature of the pot is determined to be able to hear the sound of "piss" at the bottom of the pot intermittently, and the urgent "pull" sound indicates that the temperature of the pot is too high.
3. Shape: same as green tea, but the degree of rolling can be heavier. The temperature of rolling leaves is between 30 and 45℃ to improve the quality of the tea.
4. Drying
The drying process requires stricter requirements. After the kneading leaves are resolved, they should be dried in time. The drying temperature should be high first and then low. The temperature in the early stage of drying is about 100 to 120 degrees, and the time is about 30 minutes. Turn over 2 to 3 times in the middle, and then switch to 70 to 90 degrees to dry to 90% dry After leaving the fire stall to cool for about 10 minutes, turn it to 60 to 70 degrees and simmer for 3 to 6 hours, which is to dry to the degree.
5. Packaging
When tea is dried, it is packaged in time after being cooled, protected from light, odor, and stored in a cool and dry place.
