Brewing the Tea

• You can make Jiaogulan tea in exactly the same way that you make regular tea such as Green tea or Oolong tea
• Allow one teaspoon of Jiagulan tea leaves per person.
• Add boiling water to the tea leaves in a cup or a teapot and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes - depending on your preference.
• Jiaogulan tea has a slightly bitter-sweet flavor and is normally drunk without adding anything else - but if you prefer - you can sweeten it with a little sugar or natural Stevia herbal sweetener.
• You can add hot water to the Jiaogulan leaves 2 or 3 times and still get good tasting tea
