Tea History
The cultivation and production of famous tea in the Ya'an area of Sichuan has a long history, beginning in the Tang Dynasty and lasting more than 1,200 years. It has been more than 1,200 years so far. In 1978, the Ya'an Tea Company and Osmanthus Village jointly created the famous special green tea - Emei Feng, based on the original production technology, by selecting high-quality raw materials with one bud and one leaf beginning to show in early spring, and using the process of alternating frying, kneading and baking.
Won the International Gold Medal at the 24th World Food Selection held in Portugal in 1985.
